Owner of the Document can Manage the Documents maintain its version and access Privilege (Public/Private) Public Document will be accessible to all authorized Employee (having access to DGDocs System) within an Organization.

Private Document will be either accessible to Owner or shared member of the document (defined by the owner).

:: Benefits of DMS

The DGDocs assists in ensuring accurate updating and version control of documents. When documents are uploaded to the DGDocs a document URL is created.

Web Publishers can then link to the DGDocs document from their website/s using this URL for downloading & viewing of Document.

"Document refers to all electronic documents/files in the DGDocs, whether it is a Word document, Excel spreadsheet, PDF document or anything else you may upload in accordance with the DGDocs."
